SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING
The delivery of your POP EYES GmbH order will be handled by our logistics partner DPD to the shipping address you provided. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary. For orders from other EU countries, please contact us via email.
SHIPPING COSTS
POP EYES GmbH offers free shipping for all orders over € 30 within Austria and to Germany.
For orders under € 30, the shipping cost is € 2.90 within Austria and € 4.90 to Germany.
Shipping to other European countries costs € 4.90.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time for items in stock is 2–5 business days.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us and a notification from our logistics partner DPD with a tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items listed in our online store are in stock.
RETURNS
It’s important to us that you are happy with our products.
However, if you are not satisfied with your POP EYES GmbH item purchased on pop-eyes.net, you can return it within 30 days. Please send the item back in unused condition and in the original packaging. You will, of course, receive a full refund.
Please note:
- For ski goggles, the protective film on the inside of the lenses (AntiFog protection) must still be intact.
- Products must not have been used outdoors.
- The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
To offer you the best prices, our products are priced very competitively.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
Please send the package back sufficiently stamped.
PLEASE NOTE: If the package is returned to us without postage ("unpaid"), we will have to charge you the fee billed to us.
